Requirements
MC Car Care is a mobile valeting and detailing service, bringing professional car care directly to your home or workplace. To carry out our services efficiently, we kindly request access to a nearby power point and sufficient space to work safely around your vehicle. We carry our own water tank; however, if a hosepipe connection is available, we prefer to use this. If these requirements cannot be met, we also offer a convenient drop-off and collection service from our base in Ifield, Crawley.
Deposits & Cancellations
We understand that plans can change and unexpected situations may arise. However, each cancelled booking represents lost time and income, which can have a significant impact on a small independent business providing a luxury service. We appreciate your understanding and consideration when scheduling appointments
All initial bookings require a deposit and are confirmed once received. Deposit amounts vary based on location, selected package, and level of work involved.
Deposits are payable via bank transfer to MC Car Care and are non-refundable. Bookings may be transferred to another nominated person or vehicle up to 48 hours before the appointment, provided the new vehicle and location meet our terms and conditions.
Cancellations of maintenance valet appointments made within 48 hours of the scheduled time may incur a fee equal to 50% of the total service cost. This fee can be applied toward a future booking.
Pricing & Vehicle Condition
All prices are estimates and may vary depending on your vehicle’s size, age, and condition. Additional charges may apply for more intricate vehicles that require extra care, or for heavy soiling such as stains, pet hair, makeup, mud, sand, or mold, as these require additional time and attention to achieve the best possible finish.
If your vehicle has any of the above, we recommend sending a few clear photos prior to booking so we can provide a fair and accurate quote. If photos are not provided, the final price will be discussed and agreed upon on the day, before any work begins.
Vehicle Size Guide
To ensure accurate pricing, vehicles are grouped by size. If you're unsure which category your vehicle falls into, feel free to get in touch.
Small – Small hatchbacks
Medium – Large hatchbacks and small saloons
Large – Medium SUVs and 4×4s, large saloons, and estate vehicles
X-Large – Large SUVs and 4×4s, and pickup trucks
Please note:
Supercars or vehicles with more intricate designs may incur a small price increase due to the additional time and care required to clean detailed areas. This will always be discussed during booking, and a final price will be agreed beforehand.
Weather Policy
We are fully equipped to work in most weather conditions and will proceed with your appointment all the time it is safe to do so. However, on rare occasions, adverse weather may require your appointment to be rescheduled. If this happens, your booking will be rearranged for the earliest possible time that is convenient for both parties.
Customer Preparation
Please remove all valuables and personal belongings from your vehicle prior to the appointment. MC Car Care cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.

MC Car Care is a fully insured service, including public liability coverage and damage protection, so you can have complete confidence when trusting your vehicle with us.
